You’re Tired Because Your Not Drinking Enough Water

Are you drinking at least 8 glasses of water a day. It’s probably not enough. Most human beings need to drink at least 128 ounces of water per day. Why? Your body needs to to support organ function, purify your kidneys, and boost your immune system.

So many health related deficiencies of the body would be prevented if we are properly hydrated with pure, clean water. Craving sweets? Suffering from a headache? Painful joints? You’re most likely dehydrated and your body is screaming for water!

Drinking lots of pure water everyday will definitely help to prevent disease and it’s also one of God’s 8 Laws of Health.
